How a preschool chain went from 0 enrolments in 6 months with an agency to 12 enrolments within 4 months with us

Little Oxford Schoolhouse operates boutique preschool centres across East Singapore. They spent over S$18,000 on Google and Meta ads with a marketing agency and got 4 tours and zero enrolments in 6 months.

We rebuilt how they got enquiries through ads and social media channels and how tours were booked using our T.R.U.S.T. Enrolment System.

Our team of AI enrolment assistants made sure parent enquiries were handled 24/7 through WhatsApp while the team was able to spend more time personalising tours to enrol more students.

01 - The result

Little Oxford Schoolhouse moved from a traditional, expensive agency not specialised in education marketing to a boutique, AI-fluent education marketing agency with a proven enrolment system that ensures more valid leads are generated, every enquiry is pre-qualified faster, tours are scheduled automatically, and marketing budget is spent on enrolments, not leads.

02 - The PROBLEM

Little Oxford Schoolhouse had clicks and enquiries. The issues was that the ads brought the wrong enquiries and the process to book a tour was delayed and misaligned.

This resulted in hundreds of hours and thousands in marketing budget being wasted.

S$18,000+ wasted on generic ads: Over 6 months, their previous agency spent S$18,155.95 on Meta and Google Ads. Out of that, more than $4,500 was spent on targeting far from the centres locations. It generated 185 leads, with 4 tours and zero enrolments

Zero conversion tracking: Who enquired, booked a tour, came for a tour or enrolled was never used to help Meta or Google Ads learn. Algorithms kept optimizing for cheap, low-intent leads rather than parents actively exploring preschool options.

The reply delay: When parents submitted lead forms, communication moved back and forth for days before tour dates could be finalised.

Increased the number of tours 34x without increasing the marketing budget.

We've been using Social Fin for our preschool marketing and are happy with the results so far. Since working with them, we've noticed more parent enquiries coming in and have seen an increase in school tours and enrolments. The AI Assistant has been useful as well, especially in helping us manage enquiries and respond to parents more quickly. It has definitely helped make our work process more efficient in managing timely responses 24/7. We would also like to thank Andrej for his support. He is always willing to share ideas and suggestions, and we appreciate that he takes the time to understand our centre's needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. Whenever we have questions, he is quick to help and provide recommendations. Thank you to the SocialFin team for the support and partnership. Looking forward to continuing to work together.

03 - WHAT WE DID

Step 1  ·  TARGET

Ads Based on Location

Instead of generic discount offers and open house ads, we tailored ads to the parent demographics around each centre based on what they care about - such as bilingualism, outdoor play, and student-teacher ratios etc. This helped attract better enquiries.

Step 2  ·  REACH

Better Data

With better tracking we were able to send data back to Meta and Google Ads to learn from. By teaching the algorithms which enquiries actually visited the school and enrolled, the ad platforms optimised spend toward more relevant parents.

Step 3  ·  UNDERSTAND

24/7 WhatsApp Replies

We replaced lead forms with WhatsApp conversations handled by our team of AI enrolment assistants. They replied to parents in under 30 seconds, 24/7, handled pre-qualification, scheduling and provided answers to parents about fees, ratios, class sizes, and more without a human getting involved.

Step 4  ·  SECURE

More Bookings

Parents were able to select and confirm tour slots directly in WhatsApp without waiting for the preschool team to reply. This resulted in parents having a better experience with the preschool from the start.

Step 5  ·  TRUST

More Enrolments

When parents saw an ad message tailored to them, a seamless way to enquire, an instant reply to their questions with an option to book a tour, they were reassured the preschool is professional even before the tour. Centre leaders were able to focus more time on delivering a personalised tour which increase enrolments.

04 — The AI enrolment team

A team of AI assistants that never
lets an enquiry go cold

Every parent enquiry is answered in seconds, any hour, then qualified, booked, and handed to the centre team ready for a tour. Here is a real conversation, replayed.

Message
Before

Lead forms and a 24-hour delay

  • Parent submits a lead form; an email alert went to the team
  • Lead is added by hand to a separate follow-up app
  • A reply usually took over 24 hours
  • No centralised record of what was said before, so leads slipped through and went missing
After

WhatsApp answered in seconds, 24/7

  • Parent messages on WhatsApp and gets a reply in under 30 seconds, any hour
  • The AI qualifies (age, centre, intent) and answers fees, ratios, and curriculum questions
  • It offers tour slots and books directly in the chat
  • Every message is tracked in one place, so nothing is lost and nothing is repeated

How the system grew

Phase 1 May 2026

One assistant, end to end

A single AI assistant handled replies, pre-qualification, scheduling, and follow-up across all three centres, on WhatsApp, around the clock.

Phase 2 June 2026

Three scheduling assistants

We added location-specific assistants that step in to book the tour when a team member has already spoken to the parent, so a human handles the conversation and the AI handles the calendar. No time wasted checking for availability.

Phase 3 July 2026

An open house AI assistant

A dedicated assistant now runs open house events, connected to every other assistant, so enquiries about an event and enquiries about a tour are handled by one joined-up system.

It handles more than just replies

The assistants trigger the workflows that the team needed to do manually before:

🔔

Alerts the team

Flags new bookings and any lead that needs a human, so nothing waits in a queue.

Sends confirmations

Tour confirmations and reminders go out automatically, decreasing no-shows.

Reactivates and follows up

Nudges quiet leads so interested but busy parents are not forgotten.

05 - FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Questions centre owners ask us

How long before we see results like these?

Most centres see enquiry volume move within the first month; enrolments follow over a term. We will tell you upfront if your situation looks slower.

Did KidoCode increase its ad spend?

No. The cost per enrolled student fell by rebuilding the system, not the ad budget. Once the system was working, we were able to reduce ad spend while enrolments held.

Was this all from ads?

No. Paid ads drove the fastest gains, but we also built KidoCode’s organic search presence, so the system keeps producing enquiries that don’t depend on daily ad spend. The goal is always a system that holds if the budget fluctuates.
